FOR THOSE THAT PREFER THE PRIVATE,1-ON-1 SETTING

  • YOU MIGHT HAVE AN INJURY WHERE GROUP TRAINING IS YOUR GOAL, BUT 1-ON-1 WOULD SERVE YOU BETTER UNTIL ARE HEALED & STRENGTHENED UP

  • YOU WANT TO GAIN CONFICENCE IN PRIVATE IN THE EXERCISES AND ATMOSPHERE WITHOUT THE EMBARRASSMENT

  • YOU SIMPLY PREFER PRIVATE TRAINING

    1. We start with a consultation either in person or by phone or online, this is chosen by you.
    2. You download the PAR-Q, health history and waiver forms, fill them out and bring them on your first visit.
    3. We schedule days and times to workout at the facility in Whittier. These days/times are based on our agreed availability.
    4. Our first meeting will consist of a full body assessment; this will do many things like:
      1. Help prevent injury
      2. Prevent the irritation to current injuries
      3. Show compensatory patterns in movement and aid in the correction of body imbalances (we all have them).
      4. Put us on the right track to your physical strength and stability, safely
    5. If you desire to train with a friend, GREAT! Let’s speak about this one to make sure we’re on the same page!
    6. We execute your workouts accordingly and keep track, weekly of your progress!

All investments are made in full per month prior to the first workout. An investment encourages completion and absolute success! 🙂
