The better for your money zero sabotage 1-on-1 training

The better for your money zero sabotage 1-on-1 training

Make an investment in your own Self. You cannot go wrong.

For accountability, safety of training, knowing you’re doing the exercise correctly, variety, supervision and the peace of mind that you’re committed, you can’t beat it!

  • 20 1-on-1 trainings
  • 30 minutes each
  • $30 per training
  • Train 2-3 days a week
  • $25 X 30 = $600

Here’s why:

  • You’re closer to making a decision to hire a trainer
  • You haven’t yet found the value in a coach for training so most training rates you see are “too expensive.”
  • So you see a way out and decide to hire a trainer- -for one session.
  • Your hope is that they write you a workout that you’ll “do every day you swear.”
  • So the trainer takes you through your initial assessment and with what time is left, they take you through the workout they wrote you and hopefully you’ll remember what to do when you go back to your big box gym or home.
  • You go back to your big box gym or home with workout paper in hand, look for the machines and/or equipment you used in your one session.
  • Look at equipment, look at paper, look at equipment, look at paper. Meh, go to the next machine, you don’t remember what the first one was about.
  • Repeat this a few times and feel dumb, wishing you remembered what a plank was and why it hurts your back now, but didn’t when you were with the trainer at your one session.
  • End up wandering around a bit, maybe get on the treadmill.
  • Lose interest, motivation and desire.
  • You leave.
  • Your workout paper ends up in the passenger seat.
  • Then the back seat.
  • Then the trunk.
  • Then the trash.

Good thing you went to see a trainer just once. And now you’re right back where you started feeling “without” and still out of shape.

  • 20 1-on-1 trainings
  • 30 minutes each
  • $30 per training
  • Train 2-3 days a week
  • $25 X 30 = $600

You hire coaches to help you with what you are either not good at, want to get better at or have absolutely zero idea of where to start. I firmly believe making a decision to train can start with purpose, proper instruction and affordability. So here’s the better-for-your-money-zero-sabotage-1-on-1-training offer:

  • 20 1-on-1 trainings
  • 30 minutes each
  • $25 per training
  • Train 2-3 days a week
  • $25 X 30 = $600

Now,

You can most definitely train less than 3 times a week, then your reference will be my normal 1-on-1 rates in the box below….

Thank you for understanding two things:

  1. There are no substitutions for this offer.
  2. I uphold a 24 hour cancellation policy and consider our time valuable. We think bigger and our actions show this as well. If you cancel or miss your training without proper notice you have chosen to miss that training. Period. If “I” cancel you without proper notice, you will receive your next training for free. Period.
  3. Your investment of $600 is paid over the time it takes to train 20 times (around 2.5 months), in:

  • 1 installment of $600
  • 2 installments of $300
  • 3 installments of $200

Fair enough?

You’ll pay more for an iPhone and get a cramped neck, a sore hand from one-handed texting, too many visits to the chiropractor, and less connection you so crave.

  • 20 1-on-1 trainings
  • 30 minutes each
  • $25 per training
  • Train 2-3 days a week
  • $25 X 30 = $600

WHERE:

You’ll pay more for an iPhone and get a cramped neck, a sore hand from one-handed texting, too many visits to the chiropractor, and less connection you so crave.

Instead, make an investment in your own Self. You cannot go wrong.
