I’m not one to mince words so let’s address the items of concern I hear about often: the inner thigh rub and the bacon belly echo. 🙂

They’re there, have been since your mid-30’s (or sooner depending on your upbringing and lifestyle you’ve chosen), and you’re just sick and tired of being sick and tired of them.

Definitions- –

Inner thigh rub: happens when there’s lots of meat in between the thighs, you walk, they rub. Friction. Rash. WTH?!?!

Bacon belly echo: Picture Santa Claus- -who looks about 8 months pregnant; big ROUND belly, you slap it, it echoes, like a watermelon.

What’s wrong with either?

NOTHING! And we are glad you enjoy them.

It’s not the weight you lift but rather the muscular fatigue that’s the critical part when building lean muscle and burning major fat.
Here’s the simple on the not only efficient, (We train only for 45 minutes at a time. Why do you want to be spending hours upon hours at the gym when you don’t have to?), but also effective (My trainings get results!), protocol:

Sure you’re going to use slightly heavier weights yes, (easy ladies, stay with me here), add inthe sequence of movements along with a little fire in the belly, and you’re good-to-go.
I mean seriously- -what is there to stop you (ladies), from burning fat long after your training and wear the halter-top dress without covering up your arms with a shrug? Men, how would it feel to get on the smaller waist size pants, actually having the belt fall where it was meant to be and not use it as a girdle; holding up your gut enabling you to claim you wear 36’s, when you actually wear 50’s?

I hear it all day long guys! THIS IS REAL STUFF!

The weather is changing for the warmer, the sunlight is staying out longer for us, and vacations are being planned. I see no better reason to DO something to tweak the mindset from lack of discipline and list of excuses to, “I have no fear of being outside where people can see me, I am ready for any event because I have deliberately chosen a discipline (doing what I know I need to do for the result I want, regardless if I feel like it or not), lifestyle that keeps me looking and feeling like a million bucks.”

In my training groups I accept only so many. As you are interviewing me, I am interviewing you. (You didn’t know this?) This group is exclusive. Attention is paid. Every person comes in with some kind of pre-existing injury that didn’t heal well due to neglect, a mindset that has been a deterrent, lack of Self-belief, zero support at home and poor habits. Every person is expected to do exactly and only what they choose to do that supports “their” truth about them Selves. I only train people who want to be there. The people attracted to my groups are no longer on the fence. I honestly don’t want to work with you if you don’t want to give 110% of what you have. OF WHAT YOU HAVE. As long as you bring you, your willing spirit and 110% effort, you will get the results you want, and those results keep shining, way way past just the physical.
