Everybody benefits from flexibility and relaxation-why? Because as humans, we develop postural habits that don’t support our bodies well, and it takes the body so much more work to support poor posture and stances. With this unnecessary, extra work it takes to keep one’s body in a slouched, hunched position, muscles begin to obey what the brain is telling them to do, resulting in…you guessed it…pain. And your body will do exactly as it’s told. So the point is, tell it to do something it LIKES to do, and the unlearning/relearning will promote pain-free
